Elaine Capes, DC MOVES Coordinator

Elaine joined the DC MOVES Leadership Table in December 2017 as the new DC MOVES Coordinator.  Elaine, worked in the Finance Industry, holding senior management positions, managing teams of 10 to 100 staff in Personal and Corporate Banking, Systems & Technology, and Global Securities.  Being people – and results – oriented led her to specialize in Human Resources, with a focus on interactive learning and human performance improvement. After moving to Mono in 2005 Elaine established her own Performance and Learning Consulting business, serving International and local corporate clients and NFP Organizations, with the goal to improve individual and organizational outcomes through thoughtful program design and performance modeling. Elaine is involved in the community and volunteers on a number of Boards.  She runs Little Creek Ranch, a family operated Agri-Tourism business, offering family experiences, and a horsemanship program and summer day camp for kids.
