The County of Dufferin and Headwaters Communities in Action are partnering to host the third DC MOVES Forum. We invite the Executive Directors, program leads, or alternates, from human services agencies in Dufferin County to participate and provide input.
The success of DC MOVES is based on the fundamentals of collaboration and feedback from agencies supporting individuals throughout Dufferin County. This meeting will provide an opportunity for the group to discuss priorities established through interactive activities at the previous forum.
This final forum of 2016 will provide an opportunity to acquire information on the poverty strategy underway in Dufferin County, as well as the importance of agency collaboration. A roll-up from the previous forum’s “Speed Dating” exercise will also be reviewed.
DC MOVES is an initiative of the Dufferin County Community Services Department, in partnership with Headwaters Communities in Action (HCIA), who are collaborating with agencies throughout Dufferin County to uncover opportunities to identify and develop innovative and/or collaborative solutions to local issues.
