Sharing our story

The Volunteer management platform functions as a centralized human resources system for volunteers, significantly strengthening TeleCheck’s capacity to recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers. The platform enables structured onboarding, ongoing learning opportunities, and tracking of training completion and compliance, ensuring volunteers are well-prepared to provide consistent, high-quality support.

This platform supports outcome tracking and reporting, allowing TeleCheck to measure volunteer engagement, service delivery, and program impact more effectively. By streamlining scheduling, communication, and documentation, the platform reduces administrative burden and increases accountability across the volunteer workforce. As the program grows, this scalable system ensures learning, quality assurance, and volunteer support can expand alongside service delivery.

Overall, we have strengthened TeleCheck’s volunteer infrastructure, improved training consistency, and created a sustainable foundation for continued program growth, enhanced volunteer experience, and improved outcomes for community members served.
