Sharing our story

Rotary Orangeville’s annual Ribfest raises funds which allow Rotary to support local charities and community groups throughout the year. Many local agencies, sports clubs and community groups provide volunteers in partnership with Rotary Orangeville to help operate the event which normally draws in over 20,000 people from Orangeville and the surrounding area. We promote equity as all local residents are welcome and the event is free to enter. We promote community as the funds raised support local resources for families such as the revitalization of Rotary Park which will see the club donate $250,000 over the next 5 years for this project which is used by Dufferin County residents. Most attendees are local residents who bring their families every year to enjoy the event.
