Gord Gallaugher

Leadership Council Profile

Gord Gallaugher has over 25 years of public service, having served on Mulmur Township and Dufferin County councils, including terms as mayor and Warden respectively. He was one of 55 participants at the inaugural meeting on Headwaters Communities in Action in November, 2004. Gord’s strong commitment to community service is reflected in his service on many local boards. He has also been a member of the Board of the Central West Community Care Access Centre and of the Headwaters Health Care Corporation, and is currently on the community advisory committee of the hospital. In private life, he has been a beef farmer in Mulmur, he has been involved in his wife’s travel businesses in Shelburne and Orangeville, and has worked in the agri-business industry.
