Who is HCIA?

Headwaters Communities in Action (HCIA) is a group of local residents dedicated to nurturing leadership and taking action to enhance the well-being of the Headwaters Region. We support several projects that further our mission, align with our values, serve the residents of Dufferin County and Caledon, and make life better in our communities.
