- EverdaleThank you for the generous funding from Dufferin County, with the funding we grew approximately $3000 worth of storage food for Orangeville food bank. Together with Savanah the network Food Manager, we have created a distribution schedule for the Jan-March of storage food.
- Grand Valley Public LibraryAccessible food preparation/cooking classes for youth in Grand Valley and surrounding areas.
- Hockley Historic Community Hall and ChurchIn receiving the Dufferin County Community Grant in 2023, the Hockley Historic Community Hall and Church (HHCHC) was able to complete some ongoing operating repairs of our two buildings to ensure the long-term viability of our historic community gathering places.
- I Challenge DiabetesWith a Community Grant of $1,500, I Challenge Diabetes was able to conduct a Diabetes Workshop in Dufferin County, providing 12 participants with diabetes education and support.
- Orton Community AssociationThe Food for Thought grant from Dufferin County supported our small rural community’s efforts to bring neighbours together through food, build connections with neighbours, and increase our capacity to eat healthy on a budget.
- Shelburne and District Horticultural SocietyWith a community grant of $600, Shelburne & District Horticultural was able to bring in speakers on the important topics of pollinators and water conservation.
- Westminster United ChurchThe introduction of a meal-based workshop in the kitchen at Westminster has been wonderfully successful.

- 1849 Lorne Scots Royal Canadian Army Cadet CorpsWith a $4,550 Dufferin County Community Grant, the 1849 Lorne Scots Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps was able to purchase the tents required to implement our Local Expedition Training Program.
- Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Dufferin and DistrictWith a Community Grant of $6,000, Big Brothers Big Sisters was able to match and/or support the match of 35 children in Dufferin County who face adversity with a caring mentor.
- Caledon Meals on Wheelsaledon Meals on Wheels (CMOW) received a $5000 grant in 2023 for the provision of additional meal subsidies for low-income eligible clients living in Orangeville and Dufferin County.

- Dufferin Parent Support NetworkThe $12,000 community grant empowered Dufferin Parent Support Network (DPSN) to offer 30 free parenting workshops in 2023, benefiting nearly 425 parents and caregivers!
- Fiddlehead Care FarmWith the Dufferin County Community Grant, Fiddlehead Care Farm was able to redevelop the Co-Care Farmers program, supporting over 75 vulnerable children and youth to learn social and vocational skills in a farm setting.
- Headwaters ArtsThe funds Headwaters Arts(HA) received were used to help implement Headwaters Arts marketing strategy aimed at enhancing program delivery and cultural and economic connections amongst the artist, the community, patrons of the arts, and sponsors.
- Orangeville & District Horticultural SocietyWith a Community Grant of $2800, we have started to teach neurodiverse adults how to grow their own food.
- Orangeville & District Senior Citizens CentreWith a Community Grant of $6,200, Orangeville Seniors Centre was able to offer a locally produced Christmas dinner and entertainment to 100 seniors and over 20 volunteers in Orangeville & District.
- Shelburne Cricket ClubAt the heart of Shelburne, the cricket pitches at Shelburne Cricket Club witnessed an extraordinary transformation, thanks to the generous support of HCIA.
- The Rotary Club of ShelburneOur Rhythms and Reels purpose was to provide cultural enhancement and entertainment that would appeal to a diverse mix of participants of all ages.
- Theatre OrangevilleWith a Community Grant for $2,500, Theatre Orangeville was able to continue its extraordinary work in offering recreational opportunities in the arts for neuro-diverse youth from grades seven to high school through Theatre Orangeville Exceptional Players (T.O.E.P.) programming.
- Westside Secondary SchoolWith a community grant of $5000, Westside was able to develop our sustainable style and gardening projects.
