The Tamarack Institute Collective Impact Seminar is coming to Headwaters. HCIA’s own Sylvia Cheuy who works with Tamarack will be conducting this fabulous learning opportunity.
Collective Impact has been gaining a lot of attention for its effectiveness in helping communities to make positive progression a range of complex social and environmental issues. Funders are focusing on projects that employ Collective Impact so this is a good opportunity to get up to speed.
This workshop will:
- Introduce you to the collective impact framework
- Explore how Collective Impact is different from other forms of collaboration
- Share examples of Collective Impact in action on a range of community issues
- Provide you with tools and techniques to advance your community’s agenda towards Collective Impact (this for second half day session only – based on demand from this session)
