If you complete the Headwaters Community well-being survey and provide us with your contact information, your name will be entered into our draw for a $100 gift certificate at The Globe Restaurant in Rosemont or Mrs. Mitchell’s Restaurant in Violet Hill. Now there’s a link between good food and well-being.

Tell Us What You Think: What’s important to Community Well-being in Headwaters Today?

We estimate that it will take 10 minutes to complete. The results will help us to get an update about what residents, business, organizations and government believe is important in continuing to enhance community well-being in Headwaters. Results from this 2015 survey will be used by HCIA to help build consensus on the next priorities for shared action within our region.

The Headwaters Community well-being survey has now closed – we’ll be reporting back the results in Fall of 2015.
