Shirley Boxem

HCIA, Executive Director

Shirley is the current Executive Director of HCIA, overseeing all of the projects. She has been a Mulmur resident for over 10 years and now lives here full time. After over 20 years in Adult Learning, Performance Consulting, Business Analysis and Project Management in the IT and financial sectors, she brings a variety of skills. A passionate advocate of farmland and source water protection by way of the North Dufferin Agriculture and Community Task Force (NDACT), she is now the Chair and manages activities of the Food and Water First campaign. “Working with HCIA, which connects me to so many talented and committed people, and touches so many sectors of the community is a wonderful place to be. I feel very blessed to be here and I hope to put some solutions in place and make a difference”.
