HCIA (Headwaters) is one of 8 rural communities chosen to engage in a project funded by the Rural Ontario Institue: Measuring Community Vitality.

This project aims to deepen the understanding of effective practices for measuring community vitality. Join us to hear the director of the Canadian Index of Well-Being and Professor at Waterloo, Bryan Smale. With us as well will be Mark Cassidy from the ROI to share a project outline.
