Get the Trail MapThe Island Lake Family Trail formerly called the Hockley  Tract Trail is an easy trail through the Dufferin County Forest.  It is an example of lowland forest with some wetlands and the Island Lake Conservation area.

Description This trail runs from Hockley Road to the north end of the Island Lake Conservation Area through the Hockley Tract of the Dufferin County Forest. The trail goes through a natural lowland forest.

Location The trail begins at the parking lot on Hockley Road (County Road 7) across from Mono Amaranth School.
